This is simply a pathway to help you feel connected, supported, and confident as you explore what it means to be part of our church family. We’re honored to walk this journey with you.
What is New Partners Connection (NPC)?
New Partners Connection is our intentional process for welcoming and connecting new partners to The R.E.A.L. Church. It helps you understand who we are, what we believe, and how you can get involved in meaningful ways.
NPC is more than information—it’s about relationship, alignment, and purpose. Whether you’re new to church, returning to church, or looking for a place to call home, this pathway helps ensure you’re supported every step of the way.
How the New Partners Pathway Works
The New Partners Pathway is a simple, step-by-step process designed to guide you into connection and service:
Complete the New Partners Application.
This helps us learn more about you and your interests.
Register to attend New Partner Orientation.
Orientation introduces you to The R.E.A.L. Church's mission, vision and leadership and explain how ministries function.
Complete your Spiritual Gift Analysis.
This helps you discover how God has uniquely gifted you to serve. Click the link to get started and follow the instructions below:
- Click here to access the Spiritual Gift Analysis
- Click "Get Started" to create your account. Please verify the spelling of your email address to ensure that your results are delivered to you.
- Write down your email and password and store in a safe place for later access.
- Complete it prayerfully and honestly. Allow yourself about 20 minutes to complete.
- When completed, press the "Email to Me" found in the top right corner and a copy of your results will be sent to you at the email you used to create your account.
- Check your email and "Forward" a copy of your results to npc.therealchurch@gmail.com. If you don't see it in your "Inbox" check the spam or search for "Your Profile from The Real You". Or you can download your file (.pdf) and email as an attachment.
- Submit your results before your scheduled orientation if time permits.
